Welcome to Dial4Jobz. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dial4Jobz ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our job matching platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, employers, or Dial4Jobz staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose other than job seeking without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services, including your resume, CV, cover letters, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Dial4Jobz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
• The User Content is accurate and not misleading
• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• The User Content does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material

Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content.

Job Applications and Matching

Dial4Jobz provides a platform to connect job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee:

• That you will be matched with any specific job opportunities
• That you will receive interview requests or job offers
• The accuracy of job listings or employer information
• The quality, safety, or legality of job opportunities
• That employers will respond to your applications

When you apply for a job through our platform, your application materials and relevant profile information will be shared with the employer. You acknowledge that we have no control over the hiring decisions of employers.

Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

We offer premium subscription plans that provide additional features and services. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (daily, monthly, or annually as specified).

Billing

By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining a valid payment method.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle. Continued use of the premium features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and AI technology) are owned by Dial4Jobz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal job-seeking purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission

AI-Powered Services

Our platform uses artificial intelligence technology to provide CV reviews, job matching, and career coaching. While we strive for accuracy, AI technology is not perfect. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations and feedback are automated and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You should use your own judgment in evaluating AI-generated advice
• AI matches are based on algorithms and may not capture all nuances of job fit
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Dial4Jobz. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services before providing any information or engaging with them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected
• The Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAL4JOBZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any job opportunities, employers, or employment decisions

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dial4Jobz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dial4Jobz regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms without restriction.
